feat: add dcim regions, site groups, locations and tenancy tenant groups - #77

This causes a diff when requests version is upgraded which is not something that we care about. So just filter-out User-Agent header from fixtures seems like a fine option.
Adds models and client methods (list/get + collect helpers) for: - dcim/regions/ → Region - dcim/site-groups/ → SiteGroup - dcim/locations/ → Location - tenancy/tenant-groups/ → TenantGroup All three client versions (v37, v41, v42), both async and sync.
