Update CLI commands reference with portal-apply, portal-restore, and portal-registry-login. Expand portal-config with export, import, set, rollback, and regenerate-secrets subcommands. Update portal-backup with --full, --minimal, --list, and --export options. Update appliance concept with automated deployment scenarios (cloud-init, OVF, pre-seeded config) and disconnected environment support. Add SSH key recovery procedures for OCP Virtualization, VMware, and KVM/QEMU with SELinux restorecon and partition detection guidance. Create disconnected appliance deployment procedure with registry authentication, bootc switch/upgrade workflow, and rollback steps. Note: master.adoc include remains commented out until GA window. Resolves: AAP-68189
