Register SoftAP model RH10V9_CH (deviceType 202). Send laundry F0ED monitor-enable so the module streams AABB status, then decode 0x30/0xEB and 0x30/0xEC 27-byte records for phase, remaining time, power, and diagnostic flags from live captures.

Add RH10V9_CH (deviceType 202) support.
Tested on LG dryer model RV10VHP2V.
Note: Has basic reporting and functionality, but a lot of core features still missing (TBD).
