Summary

• reframe the repository around the Doc Support customer outcome and Next.js golden path
• add a reusable Kickstart manifest, schema, and packaging standard informed by MemoryAF
• add the September 15 launch plan, maturity matrix, security guidance, changelog, and CI
• expand validation and expose one canonical npm test command
