no work for ref-image

This is a great work, specially use one demo command line.

Some critics for further usage

no instruction on how to download
hf download full thing
hf download MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-H3 --local-dir ./MiniMax-H3

no matter how complete the donwdload is, it always leads to:

h3> !ref-image outputs/start.jpeg
h3: !ref-image requires the Ref2VA checkpoint. ====no fix at all.

Hi @qinyanyu, I had exactly this !ref-image requires the Ref2VA checkpoint error when downloading the full repo — the CLI only finds the Ref2VA checkpoint when the exact folder structure (Ref2VA/transformer/, Ref2VA/text_encoder/, etc.) is present.

Surgical download that works (~210 GB instead of ~340 GB):

hf download MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-H3 --local-dir ./MiniMax-H3
--include "FL2VA/"
--include "Ref2VA/transformer/"
--include "Ref2VA/tokenizer/*"
--include "Ref2VA/model_index.json"

Then create symlinks for the byte-identical shared components (saves ~80 GB):

cd MiniMax-H3
ln -s ../FL2VA/text_encoder Ref2VA/text_encoder
ln -s ../FL2VA/audio_vae Ref2VA/audio_vae
ln -s ../FL2VA/video_vae Ref2VA/video_vae
cd ..
