After publishing a release, run agent-plugins' update-external-plugins workflow so the marketplace re-pins terraform-skill immediately instead of waiting for its daily cron. Uses AGENT_PLUGINS_DISPATCH_TOKEN (PAT with Actions:write on agent-plugins); no-ops if absent.

update-external-plugins.ymlviagh workflow runso the marketplace re-pins this plugin immediately (vs the daily cron). Needs secretAGENT_PLUGINS_DISPATCH_TOKEN= fine-grained PAT with Actions:read+write on agent-plugins; the step no-ops until the secret exists. Per-repo GITHUB_TOKEN can't trigger another repo's workflow.
