Changes

  • Parse custom SPS/PPS lists into dynamic buffers and explicitly copy them into fixed-array storage. Stable V previously left those fixed arrays unchanged.
  • Pass the default-matrix flag as a single pointer, avoiding the pointer-to-pointer mismatch and crash in current strict V3.
  • Add conformance SPS, custom PPS, and default-flag regression tests.
  • Pin stable CI to V 0.5.2 and add required strict V3/TinyCC Linux coverage.

Validation

Local V 0.5.2/TinyCC, current upstream strict V3/TinyCC, and strict V3/GCC tests pass. The standalone custom-list reproducer failed before this change on both compiler paths. Windows MSVC validation runs in CI. No hardware playback is claimed.
