Adds purpose comments to the installed-package smoke test and the local macOS OpenCL include shim. The shim comes from canonical generator PR antono2/v_opencl_bindings#44;
GENERATOR_COMMITrecords that source revision. Executable code and vendored headers are unchanged.Validation: the canonical publisher's
--checkpasses against this distribution, andgit diff --checkpasses. Cross-platform compilation and runtime checks run in CI. Merge the canonical PR first. This also supersedes the provenance-only update in #50; its source files already match the merged documentation from #49.
