Prepare patch release v1.0.1 for the generator and published OpenCL module. This release records current Khronos provenance, the V3-compatible example/test updates, and the particles example's released/master Vulkan descriptor adapter. The generated OpenCL API itself is unchanged.
After CI passes, merge this PR, let the publication workflow update antono2/opencl, merge that synchronized PR after its checks pass, and only then tag this generator commit. The generator release workflow will tag the matching published module and create both GitHub releases.
