Record repeated-investigation post-fix PASS

Outcome

Records the completed repeated-investigation benchmark as PASS in a new, self-contained result folder. It preserves the exact prompt, relevant session output/actions, GraphKeeper claims and evidence used, the CLI PATH observation, the comparison with prior failures, and the required FAIL → fix → FAIL → fix → PASS history.

Evidence

• Verified all seven expected result files are present.
• Verified the copied GraphKeeper entity, claims, run, and evidence snapshots match the earlier captured records exactly.
• Verified the PASS rationale, prohibited historical reinvestigation, and non-failure CLI observation are recorded.

Checklist

• No GraphKeeper implementation or application code changed.
• No data model or benchmark records were overwritten.
• Previous FAIL records remain intact.
• No unrelated tracked files are included.
• Test suites were not run for this benchmark-record-only change.

Compatibility and recovery

Documentation/evidence only; no runtime behavior or recovery procedure changes. Revert commit 585c842 to remove this new PASS record.
