FastAPI for Grafana

This is a simple test API for the grafana datasource extension SimpleJSON

Install

Clone this project

Install the dependencies listed in Pipfile

pipenv install

Run

Run fastAPI with uvicorn

uvicorn grafanaapi.main:app --reload

You can reach the api with localhost:8000, docs are availalbe at localhost:8000/docs

Run grafana in docker with simpleJSON datasource installed

docker run -d \
--name grafana \
-p 3000:3000 \
-e "GF_INSTALL_PLUGINS=grafana-simple-json-datasource" \
grafana/grafana

Configure the SimpleJson datasource with http://localhost:8000, choose Browser for the Access option.
