Found while enabling spark.comet.exec.localTableScan.enabled by default in draft PR #6780 (Spark 4.1 SQL tests and [scans] job). Part of #4347.

SPARK-45599 "Neither 0.0 nor -0.0 should be dropped when computing percentile". Expected [-0.0], Comet returns [0.0]. Related to the float epic #6385.
