Improve positioning in Ring Gauge and Clock Gauge

This PR refines text placement in the Ring Gauge and Clock Gauge examples to improve visual clarity during dynamic updates.

Before:
. Text labels and values appeared too close to surrounding gauge elements
. Reduced readability when values updated or multiple gauge layers were active

After:
. Adjusted offsetCenter values for titles and details
. Text maintains clear spacing from gauge rings, hands, and anchors
. Layout remains stable during animations and live updates

Changes Made:
=> Reviewed Ring Gauge and Clock Gauge layouts during runtime updates
=> Fine-tuned text positioning using offsetCenter
=> Verified behavior across value changes without altering design intent

You should also run node tool/build-example.js --pattern gauge-ring and clock to generate the thumbnail and commit. Please don't include other thumbnails other than this example.
