Please describe the bug 馃悶
When a copy on write Delete or a filtered Overwrite rewrites a data file, right now, the raw file is read and the position-deletes, deletion vectors and equality deletes, that already apply to it, are ignored.
What I mean is, delete id=1 with merge-on-read, then run Delete(id=2) with copy-on-write, id=1 is visible again.
Status : will pick this up
