add test to enumerate all pyarrow types

inspired by #3590

ensure that all type converts to the correct iceberg type.
ensure iceberg type converts to the correct parquet type (https://iceberg.apache.org/spec/#parquet), see #2799

I havn't had to time to back to my stale PR #3529, but maybe its something worth looking into as part of this issue?
