…in applies For Gradle plugins matchPackageNames matches the plugin marker artifact (com.palantir.consistent-versions:com.palantir.consistent-versions.gradle.plugin), not the plugin id, so the pin never matched and solrbot opened PRs like apache#4734. The plugin id is the depName, so use matchDepNames instead.
…mes globs Same semantics; matchPackagePrefixes is deprecated and only works via Renovate's automatic config migration.

The 2.32.0 pin added in #4733 never matched the
com.palantir.consistent-versionsGradle plugin: for plugins, Renovate'smatchPackageNamesmatches the plugin marker artifact (com.palantir.consistent-versions:com.palantir.consistent-versions.gradle.plugin), not the plugin id. That is why solrbot still opened #4734. The plugin id is thedepName, so switch the rule tomatchDepNames.Second commit replaces the deprecated
matchPackagePrefixeswith equivalentmatchPackageNamesglobs (no behavior change).
