Overview
Updates the OpenAPI version bump GitHub Action to authenticate actions/checkout using secrets.APIFY_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_GITHUB_TOKEN instead of relying on workflow contents: write permissions, ensuring the autobump can push commits with the intended token.
