- Treat concurrent topic creation as success to ensure subscription setup
- Add autoDeleteOnIdle option for per-instance, ephemeral subscriptions
- Use stable, host-specific reload subscription names to avoid message loss
- Remove only faulted topic setup cache entries to allow retries
- Lowercase all subscription names for consistency
- Cast notifications to INotification instead of dynamic
- Bump version to 1.1.14.0 and clean up usings
