Fixes the broken itch.io upload selection and adds a release-time verifier for missing, empty, escaping, or root-relative static assets. Runs the guard in Quality and Pages, documents the Butler-only browser upload workflow, and advances the game to v2.7.13.\n\nVerified locally: release metadata, lint, 37 unit tests, production build, static package, 19 Chromium journeys, live itch iframe assets, and zero npm audit findings.
