This commit implements the option D homepage redesign and addresses the PR review feedback on parameterized routes and the broken e2e test locators. All UI, routing, component and test modifications are comprehensively covered. All unit tests and playwright snapshots pass. The unused Wordmark component and related configurations are also completely removed.
