What this launches

• Publishes Gloss — Generative Layout & OOXML Scoring System as the public name while preserving acidslide-v1 as the protocol ID.
• Adds the candidate corpus, locked grader, fail-closed hosted-service implementation, schemas, fixtures, and canonical container definitions.
• Adds a GitHub-first static site, public JSON evidence bundle, deterministic 21-second launch film, launch copy, and collaboration templates.
• Makes every launch count traceable to committed mutation and prompt-requirement sources.

Launch truth

This is an open technical preview, not an official model leaderboard. The candidate corpus validates and the generated operator suite passes 280/280 positive controls and detects 280/280 single-fault mutations. Release mode intentionally remains red until independent prompt convergence, assertion provenance/evidence, reviewer approvals, baselines, runtime manifests, and signed release indexes are complete. No model results are claimed.

Local verification

• Grader: Ruff and format clean; mypy clean; 218 tests pass; 86.70% coverage; wheel and sdist build; dependency audit clean.
• Service: Ruff and format clean; mypy clean; 115 tests pass; 85.04% coverage; dependency audit clean.
• Corpus: validation passes; 280/280 mutation fixtures rebuild and kill their mutants.
• Reference deck: quarantine passes; ECMA-376 schema validation passes.
• Launch: evidence/source hashes pass; all local assets exist; MP4 is H.264, 1080×1080, 30 fps, exactly 21 seconds, and silent.
• Release validator: expected failure, with every remaining freeze/evidence gate reported.

CI note

The local Docker daemon was unavailable. The container and service-images GitHub Actions jobs are the authoritative Linux/amd64 runtime and image-build checks for this PR.
