refactor: complete Gloss-only rename

What changed

• Completes the product migration to Gloss across source, CLI, packages, containers, documentation, artifacts, and public site links.
• Names Gloss v1 as the first bundled ACID-style presentation conformance suite.
• Keeps browser ACID conformance philosophy prominent without retaining the prior product name.
• Rebuilds the frozen comparative bundle, rendered references, public evidence, and launch film.
• Preserves the GitHub-forward collaboration surface: repository, benchmark, grader, scoring contract, issues, and contributions are the primary calls to action.

Verification

• 218 grader tests, 86.70% coverage; Ruff, formatting, mypy, build, audit, and corpus validation passed.
• 115 service tests, 85.04% coverage; Ruff, formatting, mypy, and audit passed.
• Comparative reproduction passed: 12/12 runs, 240 slides, all hashes and published local metrics reproduced.
• Launch verifier passed: 280/280 controls, 280/280 mutations detected; 1080x1080 30 fps 21-second film verified.
• Canonical Linux/amd64 runtime, reference validation, and grader/API/worker/quarantine images built successfully.
• Zero-reference scan passed across paths, text/binaries, archives, and Docker metadata.
