💡 What: Added explicit aria-label attributes to various icon-only buttons across the main application shell and scanner component. Also created a journal entry documenting this pattern.
🎯 Why: When using icon-only buttons (like those often created with Shadcn UI's <Button size="icon">), the visual context is insufficient for users relying on screen readers. Adding an accessible name ensures the function of these core navigation and action buttons is properly announced.
Accessibility: Directly addresses WCAG 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value) by giving semantic meaning and accessible names to crucial interface controls like "Open Menu", "Close Scanner", and "Share Result".

PR created automatically by Jules for task 12399749636938762060 started by @artosien

* Added `aria-label`s to size="icon" buttons in `app-shell.tsx` (Notifications, Menu, Wallet, etc.)
* Added `aria-label`s to custom icon-only mobile navigation items.
* Added `aria-label`s to size="icon" buttons in `ticket-scanner.tsx` (Close, Capture, Refresh, Share).
* Logged a UX/a11y learning to `.Jules/palette.md` noting the common occurrence of missing accessible names on icon-only Shadcn UI and native buttons.
