Store color options in remote host settings.json instead of workspace.json

I like this extension, thanks for putting this together 👍

Would it be possible to slightly change or configure where the alternate colors are stored?
Today workbench.colorCustomizations are updated in [Workspace]/.vscode/setting.json
But that is not a great location as those files can be checked into git and shared with peers for a project.
Instead, could these (optionally) be stored in ~/.vscode-server/data/Machine/setting.json on the remote host?
