docs: add presentation deck resource links

Summary

• Add the GitHub Pages presentation deck to the README public resources and infrastructure table.
• Add the deck link to the Streamlit demo sidebar and fix the sidebar dataset URL to the 320px dataset.
• Add project resource links to generated Hugging Face model cards.
• Update live public GitHub/HF metadata and cards with the deck link.
