getRD(c)function withc.QueryParam("rd")and removed thegetRDfunction entirely, ensuring that fast-path rate limits only read from the query parameters and avoid implicitly parsing the request body.β Verification: Ensure the application starts, all tests pass, and fast-path rate limits correctly reject requests without parsing form bodies.
