⚡ Bolt: Replace regex with manual iteration

💡 What: Replaced the regexp.MatchString call in ValidateUsername with a manual byte iteration loop for validating ASCII characters. Also removed the unused usernameRegex variable.
🎯 Why: Regular expressions have significant overhead (state machine setup, execution, allocations). For simple ASCII string validation, iterating over the bytes and checking ranges is vastly more efficient.
📊 Impact: Benchmark showed a ~30x performance improvement (623ns/op down to 19ns/op) for validating usernames.
🔬 Measurement: Run go test -bench . patch_test.go (as executed in the trace) to verify the speedup. Ensure the test suite continues to pass.
