Description

This PR resolves #1535 by improving the UI/UX design of the footer component. The changes focus on creating a cleaner, more modern, and responsive layout with a stronger visual hierarchy.

Changes Included

• Spacing & Alignment: Improved structural padding and switched to a more responsive, logical grid system (md:grid-cols-12 mapped with better lg:col-span distributions) to reduce excessive empty space.
• Visual Hierarchy: Refined typography across section headers to stand out subtly (added text-sm font-semibold tracking-wider).
• Interactivity & Hover Effects: Added smooth translate and hover transitions for all links and icons. Social icons now cast a subtle drop-shadow on hover, and navigation links display a sliding arrow effect.
• Modern Background & Bottom Bar: Applied a deep gradient background (bg-gradient-to-b) with decorative, blurred background layers. The bottom bar (including the "Built With ❤️ for GSSoC" section) was detached into an eye-catching, glassmorphism badge.
