Search: index author names + friendly empty state (#3) - #9

- search.js: index the article author field (weight 2), so a query matches authors as well as titles/themes/text — issue #3 explicitly asks to find authors - reader.js: friendly message when a search returns no results - smoke.mjs: author-match test -> 19 total

Advances #3: the search index now covers the article author field, so a query matches authors as well as titles, themes, and text (the issue explicitly lists finding authors). Also adds a friendly empty-state when a search returns nothing, and a test (19 total).
Second courier-model improvement of the day — built and landed from a local session because the scheduled routine's remote environment still lacks write access.
