"MindIT" is a mobile application project with the primary goal of empowering individuals to enhance their mindfulness and reduce stress in today's fast-paced world. Through "MindIT," we aim to promote mindfulness by providing users with a range of exercises and techniques for self-awareness and stress reduction. The app will offer effective stress reduction strategies, including guided meditation, relaxation exercises, activity breaks for working individuals, peaceful sleep techniques, all aimed at alleviating the negative effects of stress and anxiety and boosting overall well-being.

Required Features

The following required functionality is completed:

  • Collection of Guided mindfulness meditations and relaxation exercises.
  • Array of Sleep techniques, including soothing music, storytelling clips, and positive dream prompts.
  • Short, rejuvenating activity breaks every 15 minutes to foster mental refreshment.
  • Journaling to record their thoughts and experiences during moments of stress or overwhelm.
  • Daily reminders and the ability to track
