feat: add strength reports and exports

Summary

Closes #7.

Adds strength-reporting and export support for generated values, including metadata reports, safer local file output, JSON reporting, redacted JSON reports, quiet file exports, and actionable recommendations for safer configuration and storage.

Status update

This PR is superseded by #11, which rebuilds the same #7 work on top of the current main, is mergeable, and has passing CI.

Reason for closing

• This PR is no longer mergeable against main.
• PR feat: add strength reports and safe exports #11 covers the same issue and same user-facing feature without requiring a conflicting branch update.
• Keeping both PRs open would duplicate the review path for Feature: Add password strength report and export options #7.

No merge was performed; the final review/merge decision remains manual on #11.

CI follow-up: the latest head 65e5ef9737620875c331cb635d7219065c9bc097 now has GitHub Actions CI run 28514949509 completed successfully. The earlier Node 18 dependency failure appears resolved by the yargs compatibility pin. No merge was performed.

PR #10 is superseded by #11, rebuilt from the current main branch to avoid the non-mergeable state after #8 was merged.
