Merged with #127 in commit33c02797d7949749530683d951adbdd7b506d2cb: Next and eslint-config-next are both pinned to16.3.8, with the reviewed published lint records, required portable license/policy support and future paired Dependabot grouping. Codex reviewed the combined source, and #127's current requiredCI/security plus both-platform native source acceptance passed.
