@codex review Review current cumulative head e76becc. Focus on Exact Node type/tsx pins in root and ingest, compatible Node22 runtime, and cumulative Next16.3.8/Vitest5.0.3 peer contexts. Earlier updates are preserved for parallel full-tree validation; merges will occur individually in order after checks pass. |

@codex review Review new cumulative source head ab976a2. Carries exactly the launcher health-check fix and deterministic live-unhealthy regression from #129, while preserving exact type/tsx pins and preceding Next/Resend/Vitest peer records. Verify final integrated startup cleanup and dependency graph. Full new-source native checks are required. |

The supported runtime remains Node 22 with pnpm 10.33.0.Preserve the merged Next, Resend and Vitest updates and their lockfile peer contexts. Validation on final head

ba44ad156605126b06c172ffe8212e12dabe0dd8. The earlier stalled Windows run was cancelled and is not counted as passed. The replacement completed successfully on the final head. Candidate assembly was skipped because this was a pull-request validation run; no release was published.
