Bump fastify, @fastify/rate-limit, and nodemailer to patched floors and refresh the lockfile so transitive highs (brace-expansion, fast-uri, find-my-way, nanoid, postcss) resolve without pulling excluded ride-alongs. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
