Do you try it with beda-software/fhir-py?
Please, try to generate https://github.com/atomic-ehr/codegen/tree/main/examples/typescript-sql-on-fhir but for Python? Let’s see how it will work with multiple packages.

Maybe we should move it into static-files? Looks like right now it is an essential part of generation, not an optional client.
