Account restore

Depends on haveno-dex/haveno#2084 and haveno-dotnet library

Info:

Account needs to be deleted before restore
Daemon needs to be started with --passwordRequired=true

App initialization logic to create and open an account needs to be added

At startup:

1. Check if daemon is ready
2. Check if account exists -> if not create one
3. Open account
4. Wait for API/wallet to be ready

Restore:

1. Backup account
2. Delete account
3. Wait for API to be ready
4. Restore account
5. Wait for API/wallet to be ready
