Native Nations of the World: Sovereign Co-Evolution Lab

A free-to-copy, static, offline-friendly lab in the P4A cinema family, addressed to native nations of the world: Indigenous data sovereignty, decentralised compute, reciprocity economics (the C-Hour) and the long road toward revised agreements, offered as pathways to consider, never directions to follow.

Live site: https://auraofintelligence.github.io/p4a-native-nations-cinema/

The two registers

Everything on the site is colour-coded by provenance, and never mixed:

  • Gold panels, the established record. Real instruments, quoted exactly and cited: UNDRIP, FPIC, ILO Convention 169, the Nagoya Protocol, the WIPO treaty on genetic resources, the CARE Principles, the First Nations principles of OCAP®, the Maiam nayri Wingara principles, Te Mana Raraunga, Local Contexts TK & BC Labels, and a world-edition treaty atlas.
  • Purple panels, P4A proposals. Rapid iterations from one workbench: the Community-Hour (a receipt for care, mobilised never monetised, the site's declared purpose, with a one-page legislative ask), the heart-first civic surge, the L0–L3 sovereign compute gradient, and a kintsugi protocol for repairing broken agreements. They contain errors by the nature of their speed. React, revise, refuse, all three are welcome.
  • Ember panels, culture. Song doorways from the author's own music (Shifting Sands of Timeless Redlands, Kintsugi Protocol, and the Starseed Code hymns). Neither record nor proposal: the resonance layer, each naming its maker.

Standing commitments

  • This site never speaks for any nation, and lists no nation except by that nation's own hand.
  • Free, prior and informed consent is treated as minimum viable respect, including the right to refuse.
  • Any nation's entry is published verbatim, and removed on request without process.
  • No analytics, no accounts, no cookies, no forms. Static pages only.
  • Correction of anything, for any reason, is one message away: open an issue.

Self-onboarding

Nations and peoples not visible here can add themselves entirely on their own terms, see the onboarding room, the entry template inside it, and ONBOARD_WITH_AN_AGENT.md for building your own version with your own AI assistant. Declining is a first-class outcome.

Design lineage

Next chapter of the P4A cinema system, p4a-xyz-cinema (the Australian workbench) and p4a-oceania-cinema (the regional lab), with a kintsugi theme: gold seams as the literal visual system for showing repairs, breaks and provisionality. Plain HTML/CSS/JS, self-hosted variable fonts, progressive enhancement (fully readable with JavaScript off), reduced-motion fallbacks, SVG-only artwork for low bandwidth.
