Removing warning from EA for Ephemeral Sessions with Actions

Description

This PR removes the Early Access (EA) warning from the Session cookie persistence with Actions documentation section.

The api.session.setCookieMode() method for managing session cookie persistence (ephemeral/non-persistent sessions) is transitioning from Early Access to General Availability (GA). This change updates the documentation to reflect that the feature is now generally available to all customers.

Changes:

• Removed the Early Access warning callout from the "Set session cookie persistence with Actions" section in manage-sessions-actions.mdx
