### Client Volume Roles [#client-volume-roles]

Client volume roles are based on your combined sent and received trade volume. The tiers are progressive: when you reach a threshold, you receive that role and every lower volume role. You can check your current volume with the `/stats user` command.

## Sanctions [#sanctions]

AutoPlus uses moderation cases to track warnings and mutes. For common rule breaks, staff can use auto-sanctioning so repeated issues escalate in a consistent way.
