Parked work recovered from an abandoned agent worktree. Draft on
purpose: this is here to be triaged, not reviewed.

Touches zorp-agent/src/critique/mod.rs and its design doc; critique itself merged in #56. The worktree branch had diverged from a stale remote feat/self-critique, so this is the increment alone, cherry-picked onto current main. It is the one branch here whose base is not stale.

The worktree it came from was 56 or more commits behind main, so treat
the base as stale. Nothing here has been built or tested against current
main.

CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md still said aryabhatta had not been run against
real data. Run 7 scored 151 forecasts over a crates.io corpus and that
curve is what set the calibration tolerance at 0.10, so the line was
wrong in the direction that matters: it reads as though step 3 had never
been asked its question.

The spec's step 7 covers anomaly families and the handoff to validate,
so families.rs and inquiry.rs both claimed step 7 with nothing to tell
them apart. Step 6 already splits as 6a and 6b for the same reason.
