What it changes

Release prep for v0.3.0, README only:

• captured-table-missing (A table.include.list entry that matches no table is raised, with the corrected entry when the mistake is a missing schema or a shell glob #13) and sink-column-flattened (Sink columns are matched to the field that actually arrives after the connectors' transforms, and a table that misses a flatten is raised #14): next becomes v0.3 in the rules table.
• The status line: v0.3, ten rules (counted from the table: 10 rows at v0.x), and MySQL or MariaDB sources (MySQL and MariaDB migrations are read, so every rule works on a MySQL source #16).
• replica-identity and migration-numbering stay next.

Verified

• A snapshot build per RELEASING.md (goreleaser release --snapshot --clean --skip=sign,publish) on main plus this change: release succeeded, 6 archives, the linux amd64 binary runs.

Next for you

Merge this; I then tag v0.3.0 on main, which runs the release workflow (tests, six builds, cosign, the GitHub Release, the tap's cask and formula, the v0 tag).
