- Rename src/leapfrogai_* directories to src/cowabunga_* - Update Python package names (leapfrogai-api → cowabunga-api) - Update all imports (from leapfrogai_* → from cowabunga_*) - Rename API router directory (leapfrogai → cowabunga) - Update API paths (/leapfrogai/v1/* → /cowabunga/v1/*) - Update Helm chart names (leapfrogai-* → cowabunga-*) - Update Zarf package names - Update Kubernetes namespace defaults (leapfrogai → cowabunga) - Update environment variables (LFAI_* → COWABUNGA_*, LEAPFROGAI_* → COWABUNGA_*) - Update test paths and imports - Update docstrings (LeapfrogAI → CowabungaAI) DO NOT CHANGE: Docker image references (ghcr.io/.../leapfrogai/...)
- Update packages array in pyproject.toml files - leapfrogai_sdk → cowabunga_sdk - leapfrogai_api → cowabunga_api - leapfrogai_evals → cowabunga_evals
- Update setuptools.packages.find to use cowabunga_sdk* - Update CLI entry point to cowabunga_sdk.cli - Rename proto/leapfrogai_sdk/ to proto/cowabunga_sdk/
