Extend shutdown options:
BATTERY_LEVEL_SHUTDOWN:
Shutdown on a certain battery level. Useful if you have multiple servers and want to shut down in an ordered way.
ON_BATTERY_TIMEOUT:
Shutdown after a certain time after change to "on battery". Most useful for testing client.
