… archived §0.12 stopped at 2026-06-23 (T6+B.7 complete). Nine PRs merged since (#36-#44): K.4 Iris-Web, K.5 Themis, and 8 of B.6's 10 event-driven-eu bricks (schema, scaffolder, standards, Hermes-Async agent, CI templates, Helm charts, NIS2/DORA compliance hooks, Janus Kafka-SaaS refusal). Updates the K.5 module-table row, the P-3 Themis-pending note, the I.5 NIS2/DORA-shipped note, and the §11 T7 recap row; adds §0.13 with full per-brick detail + PR numbers + test counts, and notes the one documentation gap left open (event-driven-eu.md missing a B.6.3/B.6.6 section, not fixed on those changes' behalf). Remaining T7 work: B.6.7 (promotion-gate harness) + B.6.8 (example project) — the same two-brick tail B.7 closed last. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
