A comprehensive, offline Excel VBA-based Finance Tracker designed to manually log, categorize, and reconcile personal financial transactions across major Nepalese banking, payment, and capital market platforms.
This macro-enabled workbook (.xlsm) serves as a consolidated local dashboard for tracking balances, statements, remarks, and investment activities across linked modules:
- Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) – Transaction logging & ledger balance.
- Global IME Bank (GIMEB) – Account tracking & remark-based categorization.
- Connect IPS – Digital payment & inter-bank transfer logs.
- Naasa Securities (Broker 58 TMS) – Capital market cash flow, buy/sell settlement logs.
- Hand Cash – Keep tracking amount on hand cash.
Note: This workbook is an offline tracking system. It does not automatically fetch live bank APIs or auto-login to external financial services. All transactions must be manually logged after real-world execution.
- UserForm Interface: Custom UserForms for password management and quick transaction entry.
- Module-Based Categorization: Dedicated sheets/sections for individual accounts with custom remarks and tag-based tracking.
- Security & Access Control: Password-protected sheets/forms to restrict unauthorized local access.
- Customizable Credentials: Built-in user forms allow users to update their local access passwords easily.
For initial testing after downloading the .xlsm file, use the default password:
- Default Password:
123(Applies to username :rbb, gimeb, connectips, naasa, cash and app)
- Open the
.xlsmfile and type username app where password is 123. - Launch the VBA windows (ie. Alt+F11).
- Find login userform of your desire and simply change password manually through editing userform code.
