We don't actually need in-tree
SYMPOSIUM.mdunless we want to serve custom plugins. That is mostly useful for development purposes. But, symposium-dev/symposium#195 anyway supports path overrides based on crate resolution.So, we don't need to clog our own tree with these manifests.
I opened symposium-dev/recommendations#15 to add ourselves to the central recommendations instead.
