What

• replaces the approved female notification set across Korean, Japanese, and English
• uses native English prosody while preserving the approved voice identity
• changes Korean subagent wording to 서브 에이전트
• disables PreToolUse and PostToolUse notifications by default
• documents hook trust/restart behavior and separates Fish/Qwen asset provenance and licenses

Why

This publishes the user-approved voice update with quieter default lifecycle behavior and clearer redistribution boundaries.

Impact

• 60 bundled offline WAVs remain available for macOS and Windows
• no platform runtime, model weights, reference audio, credentials, or network dependency are included
• existing users may need a full Codex restart after update; hook trust is never bypassed automatically
