Temporary diagnostic branch to measure the live Hiro mainnet endpoints used by
src/pages/Vault.jsx.It reads the staking global nonce, samples stake map-entry latency serially and concurrently, and reports the projected duration of the current serial scan. No application or contract behavior is changed.
