@brettedw @dgboss FYI this includes a minor version bump to eccodes used by Herbie where version 2.44.0 had a dependency on eccodeslib (which bundled the C library):

Version 2.45.0 removed this dependency, so now it requires the system libeccodes library to be installed
separately.
