I think this is a fantastic package! Thank you so much for providing this. I think it would be great if the plots are centered at the (0,0), and be scaled so that 1 unit equates to 1 feet. I have previously worked on a project using the exact same dataset. From my experience, if you do a transformation of:
x_new = -2.27 * (x - 125.16) and y_new = -2.27 * (y + 203.41) to each of the xy-coordinates, it should get the tip of the home plate to be located at (0,0), with 1 unit = 1 feet.
